The Controls segment designs, manufactures, and markets electronic controls, such as microprocessor-based controls, electronic sensors, and joysticks; designs electrohydraulic products; manufactures alternating current (AC) electric motors and generators; offers spool type control valves; and manufactures and markets a line of cartridge valves and hydraulic integrated circuits. Sauer-Danfoss sells its products to original equipment manufacturers of mobile equipment worldwide either directly or through distributors. The company was founded in 1986 and is based in Lincolnshire, Illinois. |
