This segment markets its products under the Cleveland, Convotherm, Delfield, Frymaster, Garland, Jackson, Kolpak, Kysor Panel Systems, Kysor Warren, Lincoln, Manitowoc, Merrychef, Multiplex, and SerVend brand names. It serves commercial and institutional foodservice operators, such as full service restaurants, quick-service restaurant chains, hotels, industrial caterers, supermarkets, convenience stores, hospitals, schools, and other institutions.
