Its National Programs segment offers professional liability and related package insurance products for dentists, lawyers, optometrists, opticians, insurance agents, financial service representatives, benefit administrators, real estate title agents, and escrow agents; and markets targeted products and services to specific industries, trade groups, public and quasi-public entities, and market niches. The company’s Services segment provides risk management and third-party administration services for insurance entities, and self-funded or fully-insured workers’ compensation and liability plans; medical utilization management services for workers’ compensation and liability insurance plans; and Medicare Secondary Payer statute compliance-related services.
