The company’s services include providing uniformed and armed guards for access control, plant security, personnel security, theft prevention, surveillance, vehicular and foot patrol, crowd control, and electronic monitoring systems, as well as the prevention of sabotage, terrorist, and criminal activities. It also provides guards and other personnel who are uniformed or plain-clothed, armed or unarmed, and who patrol in marked radio cars or stand duty on the premises at stationary posts, as well as electronic and manned security systems for commercial, residential, and government outlets. In addition, the company provides video and investigative services; system integration products; and security and investigative services, including video and alarm monitoring, alarm installation, and GPS monitoring. It serves government customers, including local, state, and federal government agencies; private sector customers comprising commercial customers, such as universities, public school systems, corporate complexes, and hospitals; and residential customers, such as condominiums, high-end apartments, and high-security homes. Tri-S Security Corporation was founded in 2001. It was formerly known as Diversified Security Corporation and changed its name to Tri-S Security Corporation in 2004.
