It also provides a range of services that are ancillary to its drilling services, including engineering and logistics, as well as project management services. The company’s rental tools include drill pipe, drill collars, tubing, high and low- pressure blowout preventers, choke manifolds, junk and cement mills, and casing scrapers for land and offshore oil and gas drilling and workover activities. As of December 31, 2006, its rig fleet consisted of 21 barge drilling and workover rigs, and 24 land rigs. The company was founded in 1934 and is headquartered in Houston, Texas.
