(AP) -- CACI International Inc., a provider of information technology services to the federal government, Wednesday narrowed the range of its expected profit for fiscal 2008 after reporting a 21 percent jump in its fiscal third-quarter net income. The company now expects to earn between $2.65 and $2.75 per share for the year, versus a prior range of $2.60 to $2.80 per share. The revenue guidance was raised to a range of $2.38 billion to $2.43 billion from a range of $2.3 billion to $2.4 billion announced in January. On average, analysts surveyed by Thomson Financial forecast earnings per share of $2.70 on revenue of $2.34 billion for fiscal 2008. In after-hours trading, shares of CACI International fell 70 cents to $49.42. The stock ended the regular session up 79 cents at $50.12.
